Shipping Policies

• Frikly works with a number of delivery partners to fulfill orders across India.
• Shipping costs are computed automatically during the purchase process. During checkout, you will see all available delivery options for your specified address. Please select the most appropriate shipping method.
• We ship throughout India. However, there can be situations when products can not be delivered to some places, which can be due to any unexpected reasons. In such circumstances, we shall notify the order's designated contact person. We will reimburse the entire price for such orders.
• Orders are shipped the following business day. You will receive a SMS and WhatsApp message with your tracking information and shipping information once the order is shipped. Please keep in mind that orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
• An order placed once cannot be cancelled, replaced, returned or refunded until after delivery and for valid reasons as mentioned.
