Arbitration

• E-Coupons shall not be utilized by registered users who are legally prohibited from using E-Coupons.
• Each E-Coupon is a reward given by platform sellers to registered customers. As a result, it's not a grievance about the platform.
• If a registered user is found to be in breach of the Terms of Service, the platform reserves the right to revoke an E-Coupon.
• E-Coupons can only be used once on purchases made through the website and on listings that accept E-Coupons.
• When using the E-Coupon, the user must pay the difference between the item's purchase price and the price of the E-Coupon.
• An E-Coupon has no monetary value and cannot be shared, negotiated, sold, or redeemed for cash. E-coupons will not be accepted with any other discounts or special offers available on the website.
• To take advantage of the e-coupons connected with your User ID, you must be a Frikly.com registered user.
• Frikly reserves the authority to decide whether a customer is qualified to use an E-Coupon for the order placed at its exclusive authority.
• Several products and Gift Cards are excluded from the offer.
• Frikly holds the right, at its absolute discretion, to adjust the terms and conditions of any E-Coupons offers provided at any time.
• Any business-to-business orders placed during this campaign will be cancelled. Frikly's decision will be legal and enforceable in this situation.

Cancellation Policy

On Frikly, we make it simple for our consumers to buy products and have them delivered in the shortest time possible. If you change your mind after ordering, you can cancel your order provided it is not shipped from our warehouse.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In case the order has not been shipped, we will refund the amount paid by you after deducting any payment gateway charges that we have incurred.
