Return & Cancellation Policy

  • Most products purchased from Frikly are returnable within the mentioned return period. They are marked in the product description column as eligible for return within 48 Hours of delivery.
  • Only products explicitly marked “returnable” on the product description page are eligible for return.
  • Frikly offers a free return for most of its products.
  • If the product you have ordered doesn’t suit your requirement, you can easily return it without paying any extra fee.
  • An order placed once cannot be cancelled, replaced, returned or refunded until after delivery and for valid reasons as mentioned.
  • For a smooth return pick-up, please keep the product in its original condition, including the user manual, warranty or guarantee cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging.
  • While processing return requests, you can either claim a refund for your product or you can replace it.

Eligibility for Return

  1. Damaged product received
  2. Product has a missing accessory or part
  3. Product is not functioning properly.
  4. The product is not similar to what has been shown on the platform.

Procedure to Return a Product

  1. Contact our customer service team via email [email protected]. You may also call or WhatsApp us at +91-8600011431.
  2. Mention reasons for returning the product.
  3. Send a detailed video from the time of delivery – include unboxing of product and showing its condition. This helps us in appropriate assessment of product condition.
  4. You will receive a notification if your return request has been accepted.
  5. Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive a return pickup tracking number.
  6. We will pick the product from you and deliver it to our warehouse for product verification.
  7. After successful verification, we will deliver the new product. Please note that it will take 8-10 business days from the day you have requested a replacement of your product.
