Replacement Policy

  • Most products purchased from Frikly are replaceable within the mentioned return period. They are marked in the product description column as eligible for replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Frikly offers a free replacement for most of its products.
  • For a smooth replacement pick-up, please keep the product in its original condition, including the user manual, warranty or guarantee cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging.
  • Replacements will not be available for special or limited edition items.
  • Items purchased at a discount during specific promotions or offers are not eligible for replacement or refund.
  • Replacement can only take place if we have the same product in stock with the same specifications.
  • If a similar product is not available in stock, we will refund the amount paid by you in your bank account.
  • We strive to present the highest quality photographs of our items, but they may differ from the actual product in some instances; however, we suggest you to please check the description of the product carefully.
  • Some products are manufactured in batches and their colour and texture may vary if bought separately, therefore we recommend that you buy products as per requirement at once.

Eligibility for Replacement

  1. Damaged and/or defective product received
  2. Product has a missing accessory or part
  3. Product is not functioning properly
  4. Product is not similar to what has been shown on the platform.

Procedure for Replacement

  1. Contact our customer service team via email [email protected]. You may also call or WhatsApp us at +91-8600011431.
  2. Mention reasons for the product replacement.
  3. Send a detailed video from the time of delivery – include unboxing of product and showing its condition. This helps us in appropriate assessment of product condition.
  4. You will receive a notification if your replacement request has been accepted.
  5. Once your replacement request has been accepted, you will receive a return pickup tracking number.
  6. We will pick the product from you and deliver it to our warehouse for product verification.
  7. After successful verification, we will deliver the new product. Please note that it will take 8-10 business days from the day you have requested a replacement of your product.
