Shipping Options: We avail shipping through standard surface couriers for all our orders. Your items will be transported through ground transportation methods to your designated delivery address.
Locations: Our products are delivered PAN India. In case our standard delivery services do not cover your pin code, associated delivery charges may apply. For larger products, our delivery person can deliver the order to your doorstep, in case you don’t live on the ground floor, through the commercial lift available. In the absence of a commercial lift, such an order would be delivered at ground floor.
Delivery Times: You can expect delivery of your order from Monday to Saturday. It usually takes 4 to 5 working days for delivery after your order is processed.
Order Processing Time: Your order will be processed within 24 hours or as per availability.
Tracking Your Order: We’ll provide you with a link to track your order in real time.

Payment Methods: We accept both COD and UPI payment options.
In case of COD, 50% of the amount has to be paid in advance via UPI or Bank Transfers. The remaining 75% could be paid on delivery. We also provide a 2% discount to customers who pay in full in advance through UPI.
Taxes: Please note that the amount mentioned is inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges will be applicable on certain items.
Payment Confirmation: We’d ask you to send a screenshot of the UPI payment via WhatsApp to confirm your payment.
